酒店位置超偏，7:00左右到達。周圍已經冇嘢食。服務態度好一般，早餐食物質素都唔錯。環境好，有🦐刺身。溫泉♨️沒有想像中好。

Beautiful onsen hotel! Hardware is a little aged, would still definitely recommend. The dinner buffet was scrumptious, a must try, the steak and scallop sashimi. Im still dreaming of the meal! Our room was facing the lake, at night, if you look through the windows you will see the brightest night sky filled with glittering stars! HUGE stars!! Only complaint would be that the room js quite stuffy, you can try to open the windows for some fresh air.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and great atmosphere. They have two onsens they swap genders on odd and even days so try both. Breakfast was outstanding. They do get you when you check out with a small hidden fee called an onsen tax. Famous bike path starts near hotel and they rent bikes.

お世話になりました。
料理はとても満足でした。かなりの種類を提供してくれていました。味も標準より上だと思います。
建物がかなりの前なのか昭和感が残っていて、少し寂しい感じでした。
部屋はリニューアルしていて綺麗でした。
夕陽がとても綺麗に見えました！
夕陽、景色をもっと全面に押し出してPRすれば良いのにもったいない感じです。
ホテルに着いたときのお出迎えはとても良い雰囲気で嬉しかったです。

約10年ぶりに来ました。 暖かみのある暖炉や変わらぬクラシックなオーディオ、相変わらずいい感じ。 今回はスタンダードツイン、サロマ湖が正面ではなく斜めにとありましたが特に気になることはなく、窓辺のソファに座ると充分眺める事ができました。 そして何より夕食にびっくり！ 良く内容を確認してなかったのですが、季節の海鮮盛り付きビュッフェでした。 海鮮盛りはこの日は５種つぶ貝、タコ、生牡蠣、生ホタテ、牡丹海老。 大きな生牡蠣は本当に海のミルク、ぷりぷりの牡丹海老に何より生ホタテは絶品！今まで食べた中で一番美味い！ 普段貝類苦手でたべないツレも食べて美味しいと全て平らげてました。 とにかく歯応えというか臭みもなく味がいい。 他のビュッフェは焼き物、揚げ物、鍋まであって大満足。 お風呂は1階の和風の方が好きかなー。 前からそうですが、スタッフさんが本当に気持ち良いです。 車もしっかり雪おろししておいてくれました。

ホテル自体は別のホテルをリノベ－ジョンするという鶴雅グループお得意の施設ですが、快適に過ごすことができました。 なんといってもこのホテルはスタッフの皆さんがものすごく親切でした。フロントの方に宿の近くの施設について質問しましたが、最初はこちらの求めている情報は得られませんでしたが、外出してホテルに戻るとわざわざ情報を調べてくださり感激しました。またお風呂の係の方、レストランのホールスタッフの方、私が接したスタッフの方全てが気配りが素晴らしく、これまで他の鶴雅グループでよい印象を持っていなかったのですが、今回の宿泊でサロマ湖の鶴雅は是非また宿泊したいと思いました。
